How long have you been in business?

Jeneze Designs has been creating wedding invitations since 2010.  Owner and designer Jenny Bingham has been creating graphic design products for over 10 years.

Can I change the colors in any of your designs?

Yes, you can absolutely change the colors in any design that you see in our gallery.  You can tell us your wedding colors or request we match your engagement photos.  Simply provide the request when you place your order.  

Can you show me what my design will look like before I place a deposit?

We understand you are anxious to see what your final design would look like. Although, it does take time for me to typeset and personalize each of my products, so I can only change the text and colors after your order has been placed. When I personalize your text and design, I make sure the spacing looks good and the colors match your request.

To ensure that your design, colors, and wording are exactly how you want them to be, we include 2 free rounds of changes with each order. Please be aware that each round of change will only apply to your selected design and cannot be changed for another design.

Can I purchase the design only and print them myself?

No. We do not offer the design only at this time because of copyright problems.  We do not want anyone trying to resell or claim our graphics as their own.

Will I get to see digital proofs before my order is printed?

Yes, absolutely.  Design proofs will always be emailed to you so we can see if any revisions are needed.  Final images must be approved by the customer before the order in sent to print.

Will I receive printed proofs of my order?

No, I do not send physical proofs of your order unless specifically requested.  Some products are best to order a proof such as letterpress and foil press.  We can discuss this option during the design process.  Printed proofs will delay the completion date of you order so if you are in a rush we don't recommend waiting for a physical proof.  We can however send you free printed samples so you can get a feel for the look and quality of our products.  

How long does the process take once I place my order?

Normally the entire process takes about 2 weeks.  We have 3 different options when you place your order, each of those options has a different turnaround time.  Design time takes anywhere from 2-5 business days, printing and delivery is an additional 7-10 business days.  Rush options are available.

Can you design matching items to my invitations?

Yes, we are working on posting more “day of” items in our gallery and understand that we don’t have a lot to choose from but we can design a matching program, menu, table numbers etc. that will work perfectly with your invitation suite.  Simply contact us for more details on price.

How much is postage for a standard invitation?

Most wedding invitations are 5×7″ and fit in an A7 envelope.  If your envelope weighs less than 1 ounce the cost for any US mail is one postage stamp.  However if your invitation has multiple items such as a pocket card, rsvp cards etc.  it is likely that your envelope will weigh more than 1 ounce.  Please contact the post office for an exact price on postage based on the weight of your invitations.

What if I need to cancel my order?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your digital proofs you may cancel your order and choose not to move forward with printing.  Your deposit fee will not be refunded and you may be charged additional fees if multiple revisions were needed for your design.

Once you approve your final proofs and pay for your order it will be sent to print.  You may not cancel your order at this time.  No refunds will be given for shipping fees or printing fees.  If there are any problems with your printed order please contact us to discuss a re-print.  If you need to return items such as pocket cards and envelopes you may do so but we do charge a 30% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for any cost in shipping.

Can I order my invitation in a different language?

Yes, you can order any item in a different language.  We do require that your text be typed in a word document in the format that you would like it to appear on the invitation.  Jeneze Designs is not responsible for any misspellings so please make sure to submit correct wording and text.
