How it works
Once you place an order with Jeneze Designs, I will review your order information and details. An email will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your order. In the email I will communicate additional details about your order and may or may not request additional information if it is needed. If there are no questions or concerns with your order I may simply provide information on when to expect your design proofs. If you have requested our classic package the design turnaround time is 1-2 business days. If you have ordered our custom package design turnaround time is 2-5 business days. I will communicate with you on what to expect.
I will also request payment of your $50.00 non-refundable deposit before I begin working on your order. This deposit will go toward the final purchase price. However if you are not satisfied with your design proofs and do not wish to place a print order you do have the option to cancel. The $50.00 fee covers our design time and will not be refunded. However I do work with you so you are 100% satisfied, I know you will be happy with ordering your invitations here.
Design proofs will be emailed to you so I can get your feedback on changes and edits needed. Please respond via email with those requested changes. Changes to your proofs will be made until the final proof is approved by you the client.
Once your final design is approved an invoice will be sent to you via Pay Pal. You do not need a Pay Pal account, you can simply pay with any debit or credit card of your choice. If you prefer to pay through Venmo, simply let me know when you get your invoice. Your invoice will have every detail of your order including additional items such as envelopes. Once payment is received, your order will be placed for print, so please let us know if you have any questions or changes needed prior to payment.
Turnaround time for printing and delivery of your order will vary depending on the items ordered. I will provide this information when your order is placed. Standard turnaround times are 6-8 business days, rush turnaround is 2-3 business days. If you are located outside the US additional shipping times can be anywhere from 3 days up to a week.
All orders placed and shipped with Jeneze Designs will receive tracking information when the items have shipped. We do use USPS, UPS and Fedex. Specific shipping information for your order will be provided.
How to check your order status. We currently do not have an option on our website to check the status of your order. We do our best to print and ship your order in a timely manner, but you may contact us via email if needed to find out the status of your order. Depending on your order envelopes may be shipped right away so you can start addressing those to your guests. Printed items will follow once they have finished the printing process. Do not be concerned if you do receive envelopes with no invitations, typically these items will not arrive together.
